Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging, where applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order details

Items that are used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our store's contact page with your order number and a description of the item you would like to return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
